Reservations and Cancellations

Reservation Policy

Reservations can be made via phone or email and are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance for poker evenings due to limited seating.

Cancellation and No-Show

Guests are requested to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation may result in restrictions on future bookings. No-shows may be recorded and could affect future reservation privileges.

Conduct and Dress Code

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons.

  • Disruptive or offensive behaviour may result in removal from the venue.
  • Guests must follow all instructions from venue staff regarding safety and operations.

Dress Code

Smart casual attire is required. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests not meeting the dress code. For poker evenings, guests are encouraged to dress elegantly to match the venue's atmosphere.

Poker Evenings Rules

Offline and Entertainment Only

All poker evenings at Brass & Pearl are strictly offline, venue-based events for entertainment purposes only.

  • No wagering, betting, or monetary exchange of any kind is permitted.
  • Chips are provided solely as physical table props and have no cash value.
  • Participation is voluntary and intended for social enjoyment.

Gameplay and Etiquette

Guests must adhere to standard Texas Hold'em rules and maintain respectful table etiquette.

  • The house dealer's decisions are final.
  • Guests are expected to know basic rules; beginners may request guidance before play.
  • Collusion or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in removal.

Age Restriction

Poker evenings are restricted to guests aged 18 years or older. Valid identification may be required upon entry. This restriction is in compliance with Australian laws regarding venue entry.
